Following a number of disruptive incidents in our UK2 datacentre, we have taken the decision to migrate to a new facility in London. We intend to move all servers and network equipment currently in UK2 to the new facility overnight, starting on 30th January 2026.

We are notifying all customers with any services in UK2. This maintenance will not impact services in either the UK1 or US datacentre.
During the maintenance window customers will experience some downtime. Servers will be carefully powered down and unracked. They will then be safely transferred to the new facility, racked into new cabinets and powered on. No network changes or configuration changes will be required, and services will resume after power-on.
Our new data centre location offers improvements to reliability, security, energy efficiency and performance and we're extremely excited about this significant upgrade which will ensure we continue to maintain the highest standards of service for our customers.
No action is required on your part and our engineers will ensure your services come back online before the end of the maintenance period.
We understand that any downtime of your services is inconvenient, and we would like to assure you that we have carefully planned this work to ensure disruption is kept to an absolute minimum and takes place well outside of UK office hours.
